Works perfectly!

This app does exactly what its supposed to do, and does so in a very elegant and clear fashion.

I have used this app extensively for my Adv. Structural Analisys Course to check all my results while studying, and so far i havent found a single error in the results.

Unlike most engineering apps for the iphone or ipad the interface for A-Beam is very intuitive, easy to use and looks great. My only request would be an ipad specific version that takes advantage of the extra screen.

The results are calculated very fast, regardless of the degree of indeterminacy or the number of spans. The PDF report is great and could easily be used for project reports or other professional applications. Shear, Moment and Deflection are calculated and reported in graphs and in tables.

All in all, i found this app to be the perfect solution for calculating all kinds of beams and reporting the results.
